eSourcing Solutions are able to help organisations reduce the monotony of training suppliers for each eSourcing or Reverse Auction event.

Through our Supplier Training centre we able to provide the following support services:

• The delivery of an important message to all suppliers regarding your eSourcing/ Reverse Auction programme. This is usually delivered as a recording of a senior executive who discusses why the organisation has embarked an eSourcing programme and how suppliers are to be managed through the process.

• Simulation training with supporting voiceover, or an animated character, which informs suppliers in how to use the software( e-RFx, Reverse Auctions etc) in a simple and straight forward manner.

• As each event is structured differently we usually set up several versions of the simulation training which from our experience will be sufficient for approx. 80-90% of all eSourcing events. Suppliers are only directed to the training course which is relevant to their event.

• A reporting dashboard which will record which suppliers, and users, who have logged into the training event, who has participated, who has completed the training etc. Suppliers who have completed their training may receive a certificate as confirmation.

• Eliminate the adminstrative burden of registering suppliers, and their users, for each event as the supplier training centre supports user self adminstration.

The Supplier Training Centre has the capability to eliminate much of the day to day routine associated with training suppliers for Reverrse Auction and eSourcing events.
