eSourcing Solutions have experienced personnel that can provide change management in either a full or part time capacity. Our Programme managers will provide many of these tasks in developing effective eSourcing programmes.

For large-scale programmes, however, strong and capable change managers may be added to the team to provide further change management support. Our change managers have experience of eSourcing and so can be more effective in adding immediate value.
