• The ability to select suppliers for a dashboard based on category grouping, geographical regions etc

• To integrate supplier performance management into an e-RFx or eReverse Auction event and apply a weighting or cost to the existing performance

• Allow vendors to record and input their own data thus saving the client time and effort

• Create key performance indicators for specific category groupings

• A strong reporting capability that allows organisations to report
and identify trends in supplier performance

• Exception reporting when suppliers performance is below an acceptable level

• Provide feedback to suppliers and how their score compares to other suppliers within their specific grouping or across the whole organisation.
