Following the Gershon review eSourcing Solutions have become focused on the public sector and will be making further investments later in 2006 to support this key market sector. Potential assignments include:

• Public sector organisations who are seeking some help/clarification on the application of an eSourcing or Reverse Auction Programme

• The evaluation of potential software solutions that may replace
an existing solution or fulfil a totally new requirement for
example, contract management

• The development of Knowledge Management Guides that combine process steps, procedures and expert knowledge on what users really need to know

• Various e-Learning initiatives

• Outsourced supplier training (for Reverse Auction events)

• Forward auction events
